New Chief Executive of Xact Kapitalförvaltning AB

Pär Nürnberg has been appointed as the new Chief Executive of Xact
Kapitalförvaltning AB.

At present, he is Deputy Chief Executive of the company and is currently the
Acting Chief Executive.

He will take up his new position on 1 February 2016.

Xact Kapitalförvaltning AB’s operations include management of seven exchange
-traded funds (ETFs). All these funds are listed for trading on NASDAQ OMX
Stockholm. NASDAQ OMX Stockholm’s issuer regulations prescribe that appointment
of chief executives of fund management companies which manage ETFs must be made
public. Xact Kapitalförvaltning AB is a wholly owned subsidiary of
Handelsbanken.
