Senior Management changes at Handelsbanken

Stefan Nilsson, Head of Handelsbanken in Eastern Sweden, will be leaving his
current post on 1 March and taking up a position in Handelsbanken’s central
management team, with special responsibility for Swedish subsidiary boards and
international regional bank boards. He will also be working with Group-wide
assignments, reporting directly to the Group Chief Executive.

Stefan Nilsson has been a member of the Bank’s Senior Management since 2013. He
will succeed Claes Norlén, who has reached his contractual age of retirement and
will be leaving Senior Management on 31 March.

The Acting Head of Handelsbanken in Eastern Sweden will be Petri Rask, who is
currently a Regional Area Manager in the same regional bank.
