Jin Huang joins as Vice President of Engineering and is responsible for architecture, engineering, quality assurance, technical operations and technical support. Eric Redline has been appointed Vice President of Customer Engagement and will manage the customer experience from initial implementation through post roll-out support.

Jin brings over 20 years of software development leadership experience in Internet, SaaS, enterprise software, and e-commerce applications. Prior to joining Aktana, Jin served as Chief Technology Officer at Intradiem, responsible for architecture, engineering, and quality assurance of Intradiem's SaaS solution. Jin also served as VP of Software Engineering at SmartSynch (acquired by Itron), where he managed the Smart Grid Software Platform, and VP of Development at iMANY, where he led architecture, engineering, and QA teams for the iMANY ContractSphere suite of products. Jin's previous leadership positions include VWC, Nsite (acquired by Business Objects), Oracle and IBM.
Eric brings almost 20 years of experience supporting analytical and marketing insight related activities in the Biopharmaceutical and Life Sciences fields. Prior to joining Aktana, Eric served as the Vice President of Client Delivery, Product Development and QA at PharmaMetrics. There he led client implementations for PharmaMetrics' SaaS analytics solution for Managed Markets as well as product development activities to improve the user experience and analytical insights. Eric also led ImpactRx's (acquired by Symphony Technology Group) client service organization delivering a syndicated data offering. Additionally, he worked as a client engagement manager offering brand teams strategic insight and market analysis on sales force effectiveness, message execution, and launch planning in categories such as Oncology, Depression, and Anti-Infectives.
