Ross' Gold(TM) Signs Exclusive Agreement to License Gold Grinders from MED/MAR Canada

WHISTLER, BC--(Marketwired - February 16, 2016) - Ross' Gold™, a division of Green and Hill Industries Inc. (OTC PINK: GHIL) (the "Company"), today announced that it has signed an exclusive agreement with MED/MAR Canada to produce and distribute Ross' Gold™ grinders in Canada and the United States.

The Ross' Gold™ exclusive gold grinders will feature a military grade aluminum herbal grinder. The Kube is a square herbal hand grinder that is an innovation in function with all Ross' Gold™ Grinders being gold in color and featuring 'Anti Stick Technology'. 

MED/MAR Canada is a product development company that develops brands with proprietary products and in sourcing for the Marijuana Industry domestically and abroad. Both companies have the same respect for quality, and came to the conclusions that a collaboration was inevitable.
