A ClearVal Appraisal report reduces valuation risk with an appraiser-concluded value, and is supported by a physical inspection of the subject property and the data, analytics, and technology that is core to Clear Capital's valuation solutions.
ClearVal is completed in accordance with USPAP, and compliant with IAG, providing a strong value conclusion. The product is driven by credentialed appraisers, utilizes RealTime MLS analysis, and is supported by inspections from licensed Real Estate Brokers.
The desktop appraisal is backed by four levels of quality assurance including Clear Capital's proprietary rules engine, (ClearQC®), a Clear Capital Broker Quality Assurance Analyst review, a second run through ClearQC to flag items for the reviewers, and a final human-based review by a Clear Capital Desktop Valuations Quality Assurance Analyst.
