At the annual meeting of the Committee of Representatives of Foreningen Nykredit ("the Nykredit Association") today, a resolution was passed to make a capital contribution of DKK 600m to Totalkredit for the benefit of the Company and its cus-tomers.
The contribution will be made to Totalkredit in connection with the stock exchange listing of the Nykredit Group on Nasdaq Copenhagen A/S, but not later than 1 July 2017.
The contribution is subject to the Danish Business Authority's approval of the amendments to the Articles of Association of the Nykredit Association as adopted by the Committee of Representatives of the Nykredit Association today.
Totalkredit will subsequently decide on the specific use of the capital contribution. Totalkredit expects to decide on such use at a Board meeting held on 17 March. The decision will be announced subsequently.
