 DECISION

1.      Select „Grant Thornton Rimess“, UAB the company‘s auditor to check 2015 financial reporting of the Company.

2.      To approve a ceiling price 4300,0 EUR, without value-added tax of payment for check 2015 financial

reporting of the Company.
