Huan comes to Talyst LTC with the unique background of medication management automation and business process & policy improvement in post-acute care.

Prior to Talyst, Nguyen spent four years as the Vice President of Operations at AlixaRx, during its inception and spinoff from Golden Living. He helped define, create, and operationalize the innovation in pharmacy services that persists between AlixaRx and Golden Living, and which serves as one model of how a modern, automated medication supply relationship can replace less-advanced methods. Nguyen was responsible for operations and performance of all pharmacy hub locations, as well as implementation of new business, compliance, and development of standardized operating processes and procedures. Nguyen's previous experience includes Vice President of Operations at OnSiteRx, and Vice President of Operations at Walgreens Long-Term Care Pharmacy where he managed branch locations of five long-term care pharmacies. Nguyen holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy from the University of Washington, and is a registered pharmacist in both Texas and Washington State.
