Addtech acquires ETS Cable Components

Addtech Energy, a business area in the Addtech Group, has today signed an
agreement to acquire all the shares in ETS Portsmouth Limited (“ETS Cable
Components”).

ETS Cable Components supplies products, systems and services in the field of
cable accessories for power cable installation, including cable cleats brackets,
cable glands, cable lugs, flexible conduits, cable ties and cable tooling above
all for the UK market.

ETS Cable Components will very effectively complement Addtech’s existing
operations in the Energy Product business unit. The company has 35 employees and
sales of about GBP 8.5 million.

The acquisition is expected to take effect in early April 2016 and to have a
marginally positive effect on Addtech’s earnings per share during the current
financial year.
