VANCOUVER, BC--(Marketwired - April 07, 2016) - RESAAS Services Inc. (
This five-year agreement will allow all 41,000 members to communicate lightweight listings, referrals, and market insights in a private, centralized and real-time area known as RealTimeMLS.
"Having been at MIAMI for the past 22 years, it is clear that RealTimeMLS is truly a unique offering in the real estate technology marketplace, and quite frankly, much needed in our vast, international market," said Teresa King Kinney, CEO of the Miami Association of REALTORS®. "It has always been our intent to provide our agents with a world class suite of tools and education but what has been lacking is a way for our membership to communicate on a peer to peer level. We believe this will be achieved with RealTimeMLS, which will allow our 41,000 agents in South Florida to quickly share listings with one another and help them drive more international referrals."
The MIAMI RealTimeMLS will integrate with the existing MIAMI MLS system to allow for agents to quickly share newly signed listings within their community through a simplified listing addition form.
Beyond simplifying communication around new listings, RESAAS will provide MIAMI agents with additional international exposure to an already hot market for foreign property buyers. According to MIAMI, an astonishing 74% of MIAMI real estate agents worked with an international buyer in 2015. With this new agreement, MIAMI agents will now be able to network with the 400,000 international agents already on the platform in a multi-lingual environment.
"We are excited to be working alongside the Miami Association of REALTORS®, especially with the drive that the executive team has to move their membership and the industry at large forward," said James Hayden, VP of Enterprise Accounts at RESAAS. "Our RealTimeMLS solution, created specifically for real estate associations and MLSs to streamline communication between members, has proven to solve common industry pain points."
