The shareholders' agreement between on the one hand Affine R.E. and on the other hand the former members of the executive committee , Strategy, Management and Investments and André Bosmans Management has ended on February 28, 2016.
A new shareholders' agreement has been concluded on April 7, 2016 between Affine R.E. and Strategy, Management and Investments.
