WULFF GROUP PLC TO LOOK FOR A NEW MANAGING DIRECTOR AS CURRENT CEO TOPI RUUSKA WILL STEP DOWN IN SEPTEMBER

Wulff Group Plc’s CEO Topi Ruuska and the Group’s Board of Directors have agreed
that Ruuska will step down from his position on September 30th, 2016. Ruuska has
decided to use his option of leaving his position at the age of 60.

Wulff Group Plc has initiated the search for a new Managing Director. Chairman
of the Board, Heikki Vienola: ”We thank Topi Ruuska for his work and input. In
accordance with our strategy, we want to continue focusing on our sales and
multi-channel model and continue to develop our operations, taking advantage of
the possibilities of digitalization. The new Managing Director will be supported
by people with versatile professional skills and a deep knowledge of the
industry. We expect the new Managing Director to be eager to refresh Wulff’s
plans for the future and clarify our competitive edges with our personnel.
