ANTICIPATED CLOSE OF THE PLACEMENT BY FINANCIERE GAILLON 8 OF PART OF ITS STAKE IN KAUFMAN & BROAD

Financière Gaillon 8 announces the anticipated close of the placement of part of its stake in Kaufman & Broad, on April 27, 2016
Financière Gaillon 8 announced today the anticipated close of the placement, for an amount of approximately 257 million euros, of part of the shares it currently holds in Kaufman & Broad in a private placement to institutional investors by way of a bookbuilding (the "Placement").
The Placement, initially set to close on April 28, 2016, will finally close on April 27, 2016 at 2.00 pm Paris time. The final terms will also be determined after the Placement.
The settlement-delivery, initially planned on May 3, 2016, is finally set on April 29, 2016.
The Placement amount may be increased to 282 million euros in case of full exercise of the over-allotment option on May 27, 2016 at the latest, instead of May 28, 2016 as initially announced.
In addition, trading of the Kaufman & Broad shares on Euronext Paris will be suspended during the day of April 27, 2016, pending publication of a press release.
BNP Paribas, Goldman Sachs International and Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank have been mandated as global coordinators, lead managers and joint bookrunners of the Placement, and Natixis as joint bookrunnner (together, the "Joint Bookrunners").
