Vilnius, Lithuania, 2016-04-27 07:35 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- According to preliminary data, unaudited net profit earned over first quarter of the year 2016 by AB SEB bankas is EUR 12.5 million and by AB SEB bankas Group – EUR 11.3 million. The result has been calculated in accordance with the requirements set by the acts of the Bank of Lithuania and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania. Over the first quarter of year 2015, unaudited net profit earned by AB SEB bankas totalled EUR 18,4 million and by AB SEB bankas Group – EUR 18,2 million.
AB SEB bankas, acting in accordance with the requirement set forth in the part 1 of Article 24 of the Law on Securities of the Republic of Lithuania, hereby informs that the bank will no longer prepare and release interim consolidated information.
