As stated in company announcement no. 2016-05, it was decided at William Demant Holding A/S’ ordinary general meeting on 7 April 2016 to reduce the Company’s share capital by nominally DKK 1,208,870, corresponding to the Company’s holding of own shares at 9 March 2016.
The capital reduction was published in the electronic information system of the Danish Business Authority on 19 April 2016. The advertisement period expired without any objections being raised. Consequently, we have today notified the Danish Business Authority of the capital reduction. After the capital reduction, the share capital of William Demant Holding A/S amounts to nominally DKK 53,216,365.
