NCC´s Annual General Meeting (AGM), held on April 12, 2016, approved a distribution of shares in Bonava AB (former NCC Housing), whereby every one (1) share of NCC entitles their holders to receive one (1) share in Bonava. The scheduled Ex-date is June 3, 2016. The trading of shares in Bonava is expected to commence on or about June 9, 2016. NASDAQ Derivatives Markets will carry out a re-calculation of options, forwards and futures in NCC (NCC).
