NEW YORK, NY and PARIS, FRANCE--(Marketwired - May 23, 2016) - A group of leading real estate students from the Business College at Coastal Carolina University (South Carolina, USA) participated in a mini-seminar in Milan during a study tour to learn about current investment and business conditions in Italy, including real estate development market conditions.
The visit was facilitated by FIABCI, the International Real Estate Federation and led by Dr. Yoav Wachsman Professor of Economics & Special Projects at Coastal Carolina's College of Business Administration. Coastal Carolina University has recently become an Academic Member of FIABCI and is the first academic institution in the world to be accepted as a Supporting Partner of the International Ethics Standards Coalition of which FIABCI is a founding member.
Antonio Campagnoli, President of FIABCI-Italia and FIABCI's Regional President for Europe hosted the event which included business leaders from Italian Principal Members: FIMAA (the National Association of Brokers), ASPESI (the National Association of Developers) and IsIVI (the Valuers' Association).

FIABCI is committed to educational initiatives of this type and facilitated a similar visit to Spain earlier this year. Business students visited the offices of AvaLaw, a firm specializing in foreign investment in Spain, and were treated to a series of presentations comparing the legal and business culture in Spain and the USA.
