RCI BANQUE ISSUES € 750 MILLION OF A 2019 BOND
RCI Banque issued today a 3 year and 1 month bond with a 0.375% coupon for a total amount of € 750 million. The coupon is the lowest ever achieved on this tenor.
The order book for this third public issuance in euro in 2016 reached € 2 billion coming from 150 accounts, confirming investors' confidence in the financial strength of the company and demonstrating once again the ability of RCI Banque to access the funding required for its activity.
This transaction has been executed a few days after Standard & Poor's reviewed from Negative to Stable the outlook assigned to RCI Banque BBB rating.
