Ross' Gold(TM) Signs Agreement to Brand License Gold Vape Pens and e-Nail

TORONTO, ON--(Marketwired - June 15, 2016) - Ross' Gold™, a division of Green and Hill Industries Inc. (OTC PINK: GHIL) (the "Company"), today announced that it has signed an agreement with MED/MAR Canada to produce and distribute Ross' Gold™ Vape Pens and Ross' Gold™ e-Nails in Canada and the United States.

Ross' Gold Vape pens are an electronic cigarette type product, modified with the intention of being used for medical marijuana oil. The vape pen has a small Li Ion power source that will enable a metal coil wrapped around a nylon wick to vaporize the intended material, cannabis oil.

The Ross' Gold e-Nail is Portable device powered by Li Ion Battery that heats up to vaporize concentrated products. The unit itself has an anodized aluminum housing and a replaceable power source and a self-regulating temp. The device has a pyrex attachment that has a percolator to cool down any vapor that pass though.
