Greater Hudson Bank Welcomes New Commercial Relationship Officer, Lawrence Strichartz

BARDONIA, NY--(Marketwired - July 07, 2016) - Greater Hudson Bank, ("the Bank") (OTCQX: GHDS) is pleased to announce the recent appointment of Mr. Lawrence Strichartz as Vice President, Commercial Relationship Officer. Mr. Strichartz joins Greater Hudson Bank with over twenty five years of experience in commercial lending and managing customer relationships. As a Commercial Relationship Officer, Mr. Strichartz will be responsible for creating new business opportunities in the Rockland County market as well as assisting in the overall growth of the Bank with regards to commercial loans and deposits. In addition, he will be responsible for maintaining existing relationships within the Bank and creating new ones outside of it.

Mr. Strichartz joins Greater Hudson Bank with a refined knowledge of community banking, having worked to establish and maintain business relationships at HSBC Bank for over 25 years. Prior to joining Greater Hudson, he was most recently a Vice President, Senior Business Relationship Manager at HSBC Bank. In this role, Mr. Strichartz grew HSBC's revenue by delivering a variety of products to both domestic and international clients. He managed customer relationships focusing in particular on Premier and Corporate banking. Prior to that, he managed multiple branches at HSBC, including one with over $250 million in assets. His unique experience will be an instrumental part of his new role at Greater Hudson Bank.
