Los Angeles, CA, July 12, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Sober College, a one-of-a-kind dual-diagnosis treatment center for young adults based in Woodland Hills, California, announced today that its much-adored co-founder, Robert Pfeifer, passed away suddenly after a heart attack on Saturday, July 9. His uniquely comprehensive approach to drug and alcohol rehabilitation, which includes integrated college academics as part of treatment, has helped and will continue to help thousands of young adults to maintain sobriety while fostering true passion for their futures.

Robert and Mindi started Sober College with a vision of a more multifaceted recovery program, one where young adults could achieve both sobriety and a college education all under one roof.
