With €14.9m in revenue, the Group recorded a 12.5% growth for the past quarter driven mainly by:
- The SaaS, owing to the rate of new contract signings observed in 2015/2016 generating a 34% revenue growth for the quarter, becomes the first revenue driver of the Group;
- The loyalty of the installed base (License-based) brought growth of 31% in license sales and growth of 3% in the revenue of the maintenance activity.

In the first quarter, the Group recorded €3.4m in new SaaS signings. The previous fiscal period registered 2 very significant signed contracts for the first quarter worth €12m.
In the past quarter, the Group recorded two important contract signings; the first in Brazil with the leading mass retailer in South America, and the second with one of the frontrunners of the global automotive industry.
These new SaaS contracts are spread over an average of 3.7 years, and once in motion, they will produce additional revenue of up to €1m.
Profitability / Cashflow
The growth posted in the past quarter comes with a significant improvement of the EBITDA/revenue ratio.
During the same period, the Group secured short term financing instruments from its banking partners worth 6.5 million euros repayable on Friday, March 31, 2017, so that the Group can cover the seasonal aspect of its cashflow needs.
