QUARTERLY ACTIVITY REPORT
Quarter 3 - Financial Year 2015-2016
LACROIX Group reports a €109.8M revenue for the 3rd Quarter, up 9.0%, and in line with the trends observed over the first half-year.
In particular, we can point out the following:
- LACROIX Electronics: after two years with a growth by more than 20%, confirmation over the
3rd Quarter (+13.1%) of a slower growth over the financial year ;
- LACROIX Sofrel: growth over the 3rd Quarter (+7.2%) which consolidates the good performance in the first half-year. This growth, still driven by exports, will slow down over the 4th Quarter ;
- LACROIX City: a further decline of the historical business over the 3rd Quarter (-12.0% cumulated, end of June) and the good performance of the acquisitions completed in 2015. This evolution over the quarter does not call into question our forecast revenue expected to be stable on a full year basis, as the contribution of acquisitions will offset the evolution of the historical business.
In this contrasting environment, the growth of the Group's business remains strong, and thus confirms the prospects for improvement in the results of the second half-year.
