Orco Property Group - Changes in Board Composition
Orco Property Group was informed on 28 July 2016 by its director, Mr. Pavel Spanko, that he has resigned from the Orco Property Groups board of directors, with immediate effect. The board of directors acknowledged the resignation of Mr. Spanko and wished him continued success.
Following the resignation of Mr. Spanko, the board of directors resolved to co-opt Mr. Erik Morgenstern to the board of directors. Mr. Morgenstern serves as the Chief Financial Officer of the company.
