Further to previous announcements in respect of the Share Consolidation of 8 New Ordinary Shares of 26 1/4 pence each for every 9 Existing Ordinary Shares of 23 1/3 pence each (which became effective at 8am on 1 August 2016), the Company wishes to confirm the share holdings of its directors.
