He will be responsible for working with developers and builders during all stages of development including governing document review, budget development and overall operation and governance of managed communities.

He is a member of Community Associations Institute (CAI) and has earned the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and Association Management Specialist (AMS) professional designations. McCoy is licensed as a Certified Supervisory Employee by the State of Virginia.
