CloudwaysBot, First of Its Kind Smart Assistant, Launched by Cloudways

BARCELONA, SPAIN--(Marketwired - August 16, 2016) - Cloudways has launched CloudwaysBot, a smart assistant that helps customers keep track of their servers and applications.

CloudwaysBot is one of the most innovative features to come out from the Cloudways lab.

It enables Cloudways customers to take full advantage of its Managed Cloud Hosting Platform, a developer-friendly hosting medium for quick deployment of 15+ CMS, Ecommerce and CRM packages on cloud.

The objective behind introducing CloudwaysBot is to make sure that servers, along with installed web apps, run on optimum settings when hosted on the Cloudways Platform.

The smart assistant comes with two main features: Notifications and Channels.

The Notifications feature offers different recommendations, tips and tricks about how the servers and applications can be optimized within the Cloudways Platform. The insights provided by CloudwaysBot allow developers to take informed decisions for the servers and apps installed.

The Channels feature allows users to integrate the functions of CloudwaysBot with a variety of collaboration tools, like email, HipChat and Slack. Furthermore, the bot allows connections through Custom API.

This way, Cloudways users receive timely updates about the servers and apps on their desired collaboration channels with regards to their subscribed events.
