LiveDemo capability will be available at PAC Machinery headquarters and Packaging Aids in California, the Clamco facility in Ohio, and at Converting Technology headquarters in Wisconsin. Product service and troubleshooting made fast and easy In addition to real-time product demonstrations, customers can use their mobile phone on the shop floor to document problems they may be experiencing using the video camera on their phone. Transmitted via internet to one of the PAC Machinery LiveDemo facilities, a team of experienced product experts can then analyze issues and make corrective recommendations on the fly. "LiveDemo has the potential to save a tremendous amount of time when it comes to evaluating maintenance issues that may be experienced in the production environment," notes PAC Machinery product line manager Brian Jobson.
