Poised for significant growth, the company has added more than 20 new employees during the last year.

Kellyann leads relationships with strategic business partners and channel partners. Kellyann joined JLM after six years at Sunrun where she was instrumental in growing the channel sales network and bringing solar to the mainstream consumer.
Emmitt Summers, Vice President Residential Sales
Emmitt spearheads JLM's residential energy storage market with an immediate focus on Arizona, California and Hawaii. Prior to joining JLM, Emmitt was the VP of Sales at Sunrun.
Bob Montano, Vice President Operations
Bob leads production, manufacturing and supply chain and he interfaces directly with customers to deliver JLM's solutions in an optimal manner. Bob has served tenures at JDSU, Nelson-Miller, Apple and Hewlett-Packard.
Ellen Howe, Vice President Marketing & Corporate Development
Ellen is responsible for all marketing activities and discovering new business opportunities.She comes to JLM after serving at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, and opening new markets for two security technology companies.
These leaders join Nathan Newsom, JLM's Vice President of Enterprise Sales, who has been with the company for 5 years.
