Sam Tripoli to Headline New Burlesque ‘Comedy Show for Autism’ - October 19


FULLERTON, Calif., Aug. 29, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- For a sixth consecutive year, ‘Comedy Show for Autism’ is back with newly announced national headlining comic SAM TRIPOLI performing a hybrid comedy and burlesque show, in support of Fullerton autism charities and special education programs, at the Fullerton Cares ‘Comedy Show for Autism’ at Fullerton Ballroom, 114 E. Sam Tripoli brings elements of his Naughty Show to the ‘Comedy Show for Autism,’ recognized as LA's #1 live comedy show that has been featured by The Comedy Store, on TMZ, and has been the LA Weekly Comedy Pick of the Week. The show combines today’s funniest comedians with the #1 burlesque group in LA, Les Dolls, together on the same stage. Additional comics include GREG SANTOS, JESSICA MICHELLE SINGLETON, GARETH REYNOLDS, and musical guest, DJ CRASH.

The 2015 Comedy Show for Autism raised $25,000 and hosted 500 attendees. Past shows have featured nationally headlining comics TOM GREEN, JIM JEFFRIES, CARLOS MENCIA, GEORGE PEREZ, and BRAD WILLIAMS.

The benefit comedy show is being held in the historic Fullerton Ballroom for the first time in 2016.
