Alliance Launches New Website and Continues to Improve Upon Economics of CTS Process

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla., Oct. 03, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Alliance BioEnergy Plus, Inc. (OTCQB:ALLM) (the "Company"), is very pleased to announce its new website is now live and can be viewed at www.alliancebioe.com.  The Company will continue to build upon this interactive platform and update information regularly.

The new look and feel of the website is consistent with the Company’s commitment to stay on the cutting edge of technology and information delivery to its shareholders and the general public.  In the coming weeks there will be new and improved access to subsidiary sites, technology videos, webinars and commercialization efforts of the core CTS process.

Latest Economic Modeling from Recent Testing and Energy Consumption Analysis Shows Cellulosic Sugars Produced for Less Than $0.03lb and a Gallon of Ethanol for Less Than $0.90

Company subsidiary Ek Laboratories under the direction of Jim Brown and CTS inventor Dr. Richard Blair recently concluded a series of CTS full process runs using a variety of feedstocks and new equipment, in key parts of the process.  These tests included full conversion, removal of lignin, solubilizing the sugars, separation of the liquid sugar stream from the solid catalyst, recycling of the catalyst and fermentation of the sugar to alcohol.

When all data was analyzed, energy readings collected from all of the various machines and pieces of equipment and entered into an operating cost model complete with customizable utility inputs, labor costs, deprecation, catalyst and feedstock costs as well as all conceivable overhead and fringe costs for a typical plant, the outcome was staggering.  In a greenfield, freestanding plant or bolt-on unit to an existing plant, such as a sugar mill, where the feedstock cost is zero or very little due to waste streams or “tipping fee” product such as lawn waste, the cost to produce a pound of sugar is less than $0.03 and the cost to produce a gallon of ethanol is less than $0.90.  “This is by far the least expensive way to create cellulosic sugars and biofuels and is even cheaper than traditional ethanol and gasoline,” said Company CEO Daniel de Liege.

As more information is collected and disseminated in the coming weeks the Company will dedicate website resources to these findings and release more information.

About ALLM:

Alliance BioEnergy +, Inc. (“ALLM”) is a publicly traded company focusing on the commercialization and licensing of a patented cellulose conversion technology that it controls through a master license agreement with the University of Central Florida.  ALLM’s subsidiary, AMG Energy Group, LLC (“AMG”), owns 50% of Carbolosic, LLC, in a joint venture with Thor Renewable Energy Singapore.  Carbolosic holds the exclusive, worldwide license to four (4) issued patents and fourteen (14) filed and pending patents revolving around the core CTS (cellulose to sugar) technology.  ALLM also holds the exclusive CTS rights to North America (Canada, US, and Mexico) and Africa.

The CTS process is the only known patented, dry mechanical process that can convert virtually any cellulose material into sugars and other products in a matter of minutes with no liquid acids, no applied heat, pressure or hazardous materials of any kind.  The CTS process when used in the production of Ethanol is clean, less expensive to build and operate than traditional ethanol plants or other cellulose ethanol technologies and is completely environmentally friendly.
