Nfina has completed the VMware Hardware Certification Program testing criteria for use with VMware ESXi™ 6.0 and the 528i2 is now listed on the VMware Compatibility Guide. This assures VMware users that the 528i2 Server seamlessly integrates with VMware’s vCenter® management capabilities.
The VMware Hardware Certification Program enables VMware Technology Alliance Partner (TAP) program members to provide mutual customers with jointly supported hardware solutions. The 528i2 is a dual socket server with eight 2.5” drive bays and is designed to be a performance server. Nfina previously announced that its 324i2 value server had achieved VMware certification. Now Nfina adds a performance server with VMware certification in the 528i2. VMware users now have a choice of servers with a five-year warranty that will meet requirements ranging from a basic value server to a performance hypervisor.
