Peter Schön has been appointed as the new CFO of the B&B TOOLS Group and will assume his position in April 2017 at the latest.
Peter Schön is 46 years old and has extensive experience as CFO, including from the listed companies Profilgruppen and BRIO. Peter most recent role is as CFO at NetOnNet Group. Following the planned split of the B&B TOOLS Group into two separate listed companies during 2017, Peter will continue as CFO of the future company Bergman & Beving.
“With his extensive experience and skills, Peter Schön will be able to contribute positively to the continued development of B&B TOOLS and the Bergman & Beving operating segment, and I look forward to working with Peter in the future,” says Pontus Boman, Executive Vice President of B&B TOOLS and responsible for the Bergman & Beving operating segment.
B&B TOOLS’ current CFO and Executive Vice President, Eva Hemb, will leave the company in April 2017 at the latest, to take up the position as CFO of Apoteket AB.
“Eva Hemb, who has worked in the Group for over six years and been our CFO since 2013, has contributed to many of the positive changes and successes that we have enjoyed over the last few years, with a high level of commitment,” says Ulf Lilius, President & CEO of B&B TOOLS. “As Eva has now decided to leave the Group, I want to thank her for her years with us and wish her the best of luck.”
Ahead of the planned separate listing of the Momentum Group operating segment during 2017, a process has been initiated to appoint a new CFO for this future listed company.
