Filing of the 2016 Reference Document - Annual Financial Report
Paris, 7 March 2017. EDF's reference document for the 2016 fiscal year was filed on 6 March 2017 with the French financial markets authority (Autorité des marchés financiers).
The following documents are included in the reference document:
· the 2016 annual financial report;
· the report of the Chairman of the Board of Directors pursuant to Article L. 225-37 of the French Commercial Code (included in section 4.7);
· the information regarding the fees of the statutory auditors (included in section 6.1);
· a description of the share buyback program (included in section 7.3.2).
The reference document is available on EDF website at http://finance.edf.com, under the "Financial information" section. Copies of the reference document are also available at the company's head office located at 22-30 avenue de Wagram, 75008 Paris.
