TTS Group ASA: General meeting held

The ordinary Annual General Meeting of TTS Group ASA was held 1^st June, 2017. The meeting can be summarized as follows:
All the proposals on the agenda were adopted in accordance with the meeting notice, which was published at Oslo Stock Exchange 11^th May 2017.

The Annual General meeting approved that no dividend will be paid out for the financial year 2016.
