Sine oversees equity research with a focus on technical analysis and telecommunications services. He also worked for the Washington, D.C. consulting firm DFI International (now Avascent) from 2000-2003, conducting budgetary, strategic, and price-to-win analysis for leading defense firms. Skibitski entered equity research in 2003 as associate analyst at Wachovia before moving to Credit Suisse in 2005, where he helped launch coverage of the federal IT sector.
