Entrepix Launches New DSS-200 Double-Sided Cleaner

PHOENIX, AZ--(Marketwired - Jul 10, 2017) - Entrepix Inc., a leading provider of wafer cleaning and chemical mechanical polishing (CMP) equipment and process services, today announced the availability of new Entrepix DSS-200 Double-Sided Cleaners. The system will include Entrepix-developed upgrades, with state-of-the-art hardware and software to replace 15+ year-old, unsupported legacy proprietary control technology.
