As of the transaction date, this represented the ninth buy-in transaction reported industry-wide1, and the sixth for Pacific Life. The client is American Water Works Association (AWWA), an international nonprofit association located in Denver, Colorado. Founded in 1881, AWWA is the largest organization of water-supply professionals in the world.
