1. The board has reviewed the position of Vice Chairman, and decided to not to have an appointment in that role at this stage. The board will continue to review the requirements and will make an appointment should the need arise. Consequently, Hallur Thordarson will not be performing the role of Vice Chairman henceforth.
2. Brian Grønnegaard has notified the company of his need to change his location of work due to personal circumstances. The company is reviewing the role and the structure of the Finance function in view of the corporate structure simplification and will implement the required changes during Q3 2017. The company has started a search for a Financial Manager. Brian will continue to act as CFO until end of Oct 2017.
