According to S.29 of the Danish Securities Trading, etc. Act, it is announced that on 5 September 2017 BRFholding A/S, business registration number (CVR) 13409730, Otto Mønsteds Gade 5, 1571 Copenhagen V, holds 22,809,600 shares of DKK 10, corresponding to 25.58% of the share capital of Jyske Bank A/S as a result of the capital reduction of Jyske Bank A/S carried out as at today. BRFholding A/S’ voting rights are subject to unchanged voting-right restrictions. BRFFonden, business registration number (CVR) 60720428, Otto Mønsteds Gade 5, 1571 Copenhagen V, owns 100% of the share capital and the voting rights in BRFholding A/S.
