Changes in the composition of the supervisory board and management board of Saaremere Kala AS
Victoria Leigh-Pearson is chosen the new member of the supervisory board of Saaremere Kala AS, the subsidiary of AS PRFoods. In addition to the current members of the management board (Indrek Kasela and Margus Rebane) Christopher Leigh, Mats Storbjörk and Ville Sammallahti are additionally chosen the members of the management board of Saaremere Kala AS.
Victoria Leigh-Pearson joined John Ross Jr. (Aberdeen) Limited owned by AS PRFoods group in 2003 and has been acting as the sales director of John Ross Jr. (Aberdeen) Limited for the last ten years. Victoria Leigh-Pearson has also advised the sales activities of Coln Valley Smokery Limited belonging to AS PRFoods group as the consultant. Christopher Leigh joined John Ross Jr. (Aberdeen) Limited in 1992 and is the managing director of the latter company. Victoria Leigh-Pearson and Christopher Leigh are the members of the management board in the companies JRJ & PRF Limited, Coln Valley Smokery Limited and John Ross Jr. (Aberdeen) Limited belonging to AS PRFoods group.
Since 2007 Mats Storbjörk is the member of the management board of Oy Trio Trading Ab, the subsidiary of Saaremere Kala AS, by being responsible for the management of purchase and administrative sector. Ville Sammallahti has been acting as the member of the management board of Oy Trio Trading Ab since 2007 by being responsible for the management of sales and production sector. Both are chosen the members of the management board also in Heimon Kala Oy, subsidiary of Saaremere Kala AS. Ville Sammallahti is also the substitute member of the management board in the following companies: Kuljetus Heikki Sammallahti Oy and Kuljetus S. Luokkala Oy.

The management board of Heimon Kala Oy, subsidiary of Saaremere Kala AS, changes. Mats Storbjörk and Ville Sammallahti are chosen the members of the management board in addition to the current members of the management board.

Changes in the composition of the management board of Osaühing Vettel
Mairi Paiste, the member of the management board, leaves the management board of Osaühing Vettel and Ivari Vokk is chosen the new member of the management board. The change will enter into force on 10 November 2017.
Ivari Vokk worked as the managing director of Horeca Service OÜ from 2013 up to 2017 and from March 2017 operates as the Estonian regional manager of Saaremere Kala AS and as the export manager of AS PRFoods group. Ivari Vokk is the member of the management board of Maitse.com OÜ.
Ivari Vokk has no shares of AS PRFoods.
Changes in the composition of the management board of GourmetHouse osaühing
Margus Rebane, the member of the management board, leaves the management board of GourmetHouse osaühing and Endel Varik and Ivari Vokk are chosen the new member of the management board.
Endel Varik has managed day-to-day business activities of GourmetHouse osaühing more than nine years.
