(Oslo, Norway, 09 November 2017) Solon Eiendom ASA Board member Edvin Austbø (through his wholly owned company Alden AS) has today bought 69,817 shares in Solon Eiendom ASA at a price of NOK 18.0465 per share.
Following this transaction Edvin Austbø through Alden AS holds 6,124,588 shares, equalling 12,60 % of the total share capital and votes of the Company.
