Thompson will join the executive team, and will work from the Redwood City, CA office. He will lead the global finance team, and will spearhead the financial strategy to support Selligent's rapid growth.

Kevin Thompson comes to Selligent with experience as a CFO for several successful Silicon Valley SaaS companies. Most recently, Thompson was CFO at Maravai Life Sciences where he participated in several acquisitions in partnership with the private equity firm GTCR and led integration strategies post-acquisition. Previously, Thompson was CFO at Elastica (acquired by Blue Coat), HEAT Software (acquired by Clearlake Capital), and Vitria Technology. Thompson earned a BS in engineering from Stanford University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
