Correction: attachment added to the statement.
On December 8, 2017 JSC “Latvijas kuģniecība” (LSC) has received a notification from Vitol Holding B.V. (Vitol Group), that its wholly owned subsidiary, Vitol Netherlands B.V. (Vitol Netherlands), had increased its material shareholding in LSC up till 97.05% from share capital with voting rights.
Vitol Netherlands B.V. has acquired and fully paid 399 999 830 newly issued B category shares as well as continued to acquire A category shares in the regulated market.
