(Oslo, Norway, 20 December 2017) Solon Eiendom ASA Board Member Tore Aksel Voldberg (through his wholly owned company Dukat AS) has today bought 151 353 shares in Solon Eiendom ASA at a price of NOK 20,5.
Following this transaction Tore Aksel Voldberg through Skøien AS holds 8 303 547 shares and through Dukat AS holds 3 273 087 for a total holding of 11 576 634 shares, equalling 23,8227% of the total share capital and votes of the Company.
