RomReal has agreed to sell its remaining holding of farm land, totalling 864,534 sqm in the County of Constanta. The net price agreed is about EUR 605,000 , compared to the most recent IFRS valuation of EUR 389,040 representing an IFRS premium of about 50 per cent. A non-refundable amount of EUR 105,043 has been paid by the buyer. Due to normal notice period rules for farmland, the final outstanding payment is expected to be concluded towards the end of the second quarter 2018.
The aforementioned transaction is another evidence of RomReal's high quality and attractive land bank. Over the last 12 months the Company has sold five large properties, all at or well above IFRS value.
