Washington, D.C., Feb. 12, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Chemonics International has named Francesca Molinaro director of corporate diversity and inclusion. Molinaro joins Chemonics with more than 18 years of experience designing and implementing strategic diversity and inclusion (D&I), leadership and organizational development and change management initiatives. She has a strong consulting background with vast experience in the international development sector.
In this newly created role, Molinaro will oversee the development and implementation of the company's strategy to create, facilitate, and deliver D&I initiatives designed to foster a culture of diversity and inclusion around the world.
Prior to joining Chemonics, Molinaro served as the diversity and inclusion advisor for the Inter-American Development Bank where she led strategic visioning, planning, and implementation of the global diversity and inclusion program in Washington, DC and across 26 offices in Latin America and the Caribbean. She is also the founder and principal of the consulting firm Decode Leadership.

Molinaro holds master's degrees from the London School of Economics and George Washington University, and a Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University. She completed her Bachelor of Arts (Hon.) degree at the University of Toronto.
