Nationwide has now closed on a total of fifty-six rental properties in Flint, Burton, and surrounding county areas. Nationwide’s most recent acquisition is an eight-unit multifamily building with seven of the eight units already rented. “We are pleased with our progress in Genesee County” stated Craig Dondero, Nationwide’s President. “It’s great to see the properties begin to produce steady rental income each month as we grow our portfolio.”
