(Oslo, Norway, 27 February 2018) Per Knut Asphaug Bernhardt, personal assistant to the chairman of the board of Solon Eiendom ASA, has today rolled over a forward contract for 50,000 shares in Solon Eiendom ASA. The new contract expires on 27 August 2018 at a strike price of NOK 17.694 per share.
Per Knut Asphaug Bernhardt, directly and through his wholly owned company Factum AS, holds forward contracts for a total of 124,375 shares, equaling 0.233 % of the total share capital and votes of the Company.
