Emeryville, CA, April 02, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- SAE Expression College, part of the SAE Institute global network of campuses, will welcome current employees of Facebook for an intimate discussion about creative media on Thursday, April 12, 2018 from 12:00 – 2:00PM.
The panel will feature several graduates of the Emeryville campus: Audio Producer Eleanor Thibeaux, and Sound Designers Lindsay Vora, Sean Vora, and Jon Ojeda. Joining these graduates will be Sang Kim, also from Facebook's Sound Design team. They will share their real world experience in the creative media industry to inspire students, graduates, and others in attendance. Topics will include:
- Sound design and its relation to mobile applications and websites
- How a career path can lead you to a large company like Facebook
- Facebook’s interest in the video game industry
- How to compete as a new graduate in the multimedia industry
